After Being Stranded in the Wilderness, I Became the Bride of the Giant Tribe - 130

The night was starry, and the room was stuffy. Man shouted, bringing the cooked grilled fish to the courtyard.

Ze followed with two sets of bowls and chopsticks, noticing that Man had set down a large pot of grilled fish and was directly pouring wine into the bowls, somewhat hurriedly.

Ze smiled, "You've been waiting for a while, huh?"

Man said, "I like this, but you always have so much to do."

He added bluntly, "I've been with you all day, tonight we must... drink until we drop!"

After attending the little priest's lectures for some time, even someone as rough as Man could casually spout a four-character idiom.

He originally didn't like listening to those scholarly things, but since Ze wanted to, Man had to follow, patiently sitting through the classes.

Ze lifted his wine bowl and took a few sips first.

Man laughed, "Good, let it all out."

After saying that, he grabbed his wine bowl and gulped down the wine in large mouthfuls.

The aroma of wine filled their mouths, and both of them savored it, no longer drinking in large gulps, as there was only so much wine in the pot, and a few big sips would finish it.

Ze picked up a piece of boneless fish, dipped it in the sauce, and placed it in the bowl across from him.

"Try this."

Man didn't hold back, "Delicious, Ze, your cooking is getting better and better, almost as good as those female orcs!"

He added, "If any female orc ends up with you, they'll really enjoy it."

Ze looked up, "Oh?"

Man paused, then said, "Not just enjoying the food, you also take care of people, you're thoughtful, and although your strength is a bit less than mine, it's still good. After the bonfire party the other day, many female orcs approached you, right?"

The more he spoke, the more uncomfortable he felt. Man took a sip of wine, secretly observing Ze, trying to gauge his reaction.

He took Ze out every day, not just for tasks, but also spent leisure time together, so no other orc should have been able to get close to Ze.

Ze: "...What do you think?"

Man: "I'm asking you. Those female orcs... they do look good when they dress up. For a while, your former tribesmen kept bringing it up with you. How would I know what you think?"

Ze: "Man, do you want me to find a female orc?"

Man almost blurted out that he didn’t want that, but he swallowed his words.

Finding a mate and forming a bond is a very important thing in an orc’s life. No matter how close he and Ze were, he couldn’t meddle in such a decision.

"You... you figure it out yourself."

He said gruffly, feeling a bit stifled inside. He raised his head and gulped down half a bowl of wine, then took a big bite of the grilled fish.

Ze smiled faintly: "What about you? Are you looking?"

Man let out a "heh": "I thought about it before, but now..."

He shook his head: "Being like this with you and sitting at the table drinking and eating meat, it’s good."

Then he pretended to lament: "Too bad that little priest can’t give birth to orc cubs for me to play with, but the little priest is quite fun too."

Ze chuckled: "Don’t always pick on Bai. He’s good-natured, and you still can’t let him be."

Man grinned mischievously, picked up his wine bowl, and seeing this, Ze clinked his bowl against Man’s, and they both drank it down.

The moon was high in the sky, the entire pot of grilled fish was gone, even the broth, and the jug of wine had long been emptied.

Ze took his toothbrush to wash up, and another toothbrush was set aside, prepared for Man.

After brushing his teeth, the heat on Man’s face subsided, and his mind cleared a bit.

It was getting late, and he waved his hand: "I’m going back to sleep."

Ze walked him to the door and didn’t close it until Man was out of sight. Standing behind the door, he seemed to think of something, smiled for a while, and then went inside.

In the latter half of the night, the wine’s effects surged, and the moonlight streamed through the window, casting a faint glow on the bed.

Man’s eyes were wide open, gleaming with energy. He tossed and turned, the bed creaking several times.

He lay bare-chested, his left leg half-bent, trying to fall asleep quickly. After a few attempts, Man sat up straight, wiped the sweat from his neck and chest, and the veins on his forehead throbbed incessantly.

What was in that jug of wine the little priest brewed? What did he add to make me so fired up?

He went to the yard and splashed himself with a bucket of cold water. The heat subsided, but he was still restless.

Man went back inside, wrapped a linen loincloth around his waist, and stepped out of the courtyard under the moonlight.

In another small courtyard, the shadows of the trees swayed in front of the door.

Ze turned over in bed, and a gust of wind from a palm strike came at him. He tilted his neck, grabbed the other’s wrist, and countered with an elbow strike aimed at the attacker’s face.

Man laughed gruffly: "Good reflexes."

Before the laughter faded, he immediately struck back.

The two strong male orcs wrestled. Although Man didn’t use his mountain god’s power, the close-quarters combat still made quite a commotion.

Ze gasped, his voice slightly hoarse.

"...If we keep going, the ground’s going to collapse."

Man let go first: "Then we’ll stop. You weren’t asleep either?"

Ze: "I was about to fall asleep, but you woke me up."

Then he pushed forward with his hand: "Don’t press on me, it’s hot."

Man grunted but didn’t move.

...

Ze was silent, and Man still didn’t move.

In the darkness, their eyes met, burning with intensity, and the sweat poured even faster.

"Is it hot? That's... pretty normal.”

Ze let out a soft "Hmm."

His silence acknowledged the moment.

After a while, feeling restless, Man simply wrapped his arm around Ze's shoulder.

The orc from the giant tribe sniffed around like a lion, his breathing growing heavier.

Ze was also sweating quite a bit.

He lay there quietly, his voice hoarse as he asked, "Are you done?"

Man replied gruffly, "I'm not that fast..."

Ze suddenly chuckled.

Their sweaty bodies were so close that Man felt a strange tingling in his scalp.

He usually sweated a lot and didn’t like others sweating either, finding it unpleasant, but Ze was different.

As he felt the thin layer of sweat on Ze's body beneath his palm, he realized he didn’t mind it at all. In fact, it stirred some vague, indistinct feelings within him.

He pressed his rough, calloused thumb and index finger together, his breath revealing an inexplicable sense of contentment.

"Ze, do you want me to help you?"

Ze didn’t respond, but his breathing became uneven.

Man, who had no sense of shame, simply cupped his hands together—his hands were big enough anyway.

The moonlight bathed the hazy courtyard as Ze and Man stood back-to-back, rinsing themselves with water.

The heat finally dissipated completely, leaving them feeling refreshed.

Man scooped another ladle of cold water and poured it over his head, shaking off the droplets.

Ze glanced back at him, a slight smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

After cleaning up, Man put on his slightly soiled shorts. "Feels good."

His gaze drifted back, catching sight of Ze's narrow waistline.

He swallowed hard, suddenly feeling a bit uneasy.

Why hadn’t Ze said anything since earlier?

Did he feel uncomfortable, or maybe even disgusted...

Come to think of it, it wasn’t common for two male orcs in the tribe to do something like that.

But he probably didn’t hate it, right?
