The next day, Yu Bai went down to the cellar to fetch some ingredients and noticed that one bottle of the medicinal wine he had brewed was missing.

He had added some herbs to the wine to nourish the blood and boost energy, intending to save it for the winter. Now, it was gone.

After some thought, he realized that Man had taken a bottle of wine from him a few days ago. It was likely the missing one.

Yu Bai stepped out of the cellar and walked to the front yard.

Huo Duo'er was shirtless, chopping firewood. A stack of wood already lay beside him. In the sweltering heat, his broad chest and back were glistening with sweat.

Yu Bai stared at the well-defined muscles of his back, then reached out and poked his side.

Huo Duo'er paused, sweat rolling down his throat. "Bai, what's wrong?"

Yu Bai said, "Man took a bottle of medicinal wine from here a couple of days ago."

The wine wouldn’t affect him much, but for an ordinary male orc, drinking it in this weather might be a bit too "tonic."

He asked worriedly, "Will Man be okay?"

Huo Duo'er replied, "Don’t worry about it."

He added, "He can handle it."

Yu Bai murmured, "I’m afraid I’ve caused trouble for Man."

Huo Duo'er lowered his beastly gaze, looking at his gentle and kind mate. He bent down, his thin lips brushing against Yu Bai’s smooth, pale forehead.

He was drenched in sweat and didn’t dare get too close to Yu Bai.

Yu Bai tilted his head back, his lips slightly parted, welcoming the tongue that pressed into his mouth. Only when he was almost out of breath did Huo Duo'er gently release him.

In the morning, feeling somewhat uneasy, Yu Bai took out another pot of rice wine and sliced some cured sausages, then headed to the courtyard where Man lived.

A giant orc living nearby saw him and greeted with a hearty laugh, "Priest Bai, Man has gone hunting and won't be back until evening."

He added, "But when he returns, he'll probably go straight to Ze's place and have dinner there, and then come back to sleep."

Yu Bai nodded, tiptoed, and handed the wine and sausages to the orc.

"Please keep these for now and give them to Man when he returns."

The male orc quickly agreed, bending down to take the items from Yu Bai's hands.

The dense wild forest echoed with the roars of beasts from the hunting grounds.

After noon, the warrior team found a shady spot to rest. Man sat with his legs apart, tearing off two pieces of jerky from the meat held by a tribesman, chewing them down heartily.

When Ze arrived, Man handed him the other piece of jerky, "Eat."

Both were sweaty and hot, sitting shoulder to shoulder without any hesitation.

After finishing the jerky, Ze opened his water flask, drank half, and handed the rest to Man,

Man drank it all without any reservation.

The orcs, seeing their two leaders sharing water and meat, were already accustomed to it and tossed two more pieces of jerky over.

Man caught them, casually handing one to Ze.

As their fingertips touched, both paused for a moment, their gazes meeting then quickly shifting away, a subtle, unspoken tension between them.

Man: "Rest a bit?"

Ze: "Hmm."

The southern climate was warm, with abundant rainfall and dense grasslands, ideal for breeding. The tribe's livestock had more than doubled this year compared to last, ensuring enough meat until spring.

Thus, hunting wasn't as urgent as before, and the warrior team could take a proper midday break before continuing their hunt as usual.

Man stood up, signaling Ze to follow him.

They walked one after the other to a shaded slope and sat down. The hot wind stirred Man's restlessness.

He plucked a blade of grass, playing with it, his gaze flickering towards Ze's face. Suddenly, he poked Ze's hand with the tip of the grass.

Ze remained motionless, "What are you doing?"

Man's expression was conflicted, the tattoos on his face twisting together.

He swallowed hard a few times, his voice rough and low.

"You... don't you have anything to ask?"

After that incident, Man had been feeling unsettled these past few days, it was a first for him.

Today, hunting with Ze, the latter acted as usual. Was he the only one who cared?

Ze smiled without speaking.

Man grew impatient, poking a few more times with the grass tip.

"Ze, don't you have any thoughts about that night?"

Ze blinked, "What thoughts?"

Man clicked his tongue, staring at the slightly damp hair bun, the tall and straight nose bridge, the deep and three-dimensional eyebrows and eyes, and the slightly moving Adam's apple when speaking...

Every day, whenever he sees this person, who was also a male orc. Why did he find him more and more... good-looking, and even... sexy?

He clicked his tongue again, his muscular arm raised, his body leaned forward, pressing Ze down on the grass.

The tender grass blades brushed against Ze's face back and forth. Man lowered his head, his breath becoming heavier.

Suddenly, he forcefully pressed his body down, his waist and hips moving slightly.

The male orc of the giant tribe stared intently into Ze's eyes, asking in a rough voice, "No thoughts?"

After speaking, he moved a few more times.

Ze's calm and smiling handsome face gradually lost its smile, his breathing became unstable.

Man gave a wicked smile, the totem on his face becoming wild and unrestrained.

That rough hand slid downward.

First, he rubbed it, then said with a smirk, "Ze, it seems you do have some thoughts."

Ze grabbed Man's wrist, "It's just as you thought."

Man's eyes lit up, burning like flames.

"Really?"

Ze nodded, "Really."

Man tightly embraced the orc beneath him, rubbing against the other's neck like a big lion.

"Then why didn't you say so the past two days, I kept overthinking it."

Ze reached out with his left hand, touching the back of Man's neck, stroking it like petting, occasionally touching the damp hair ends of the giant tribe orc.

Man felt comfortable being touched, the strength in his palm increasing.

His nose exhaled hot breath.

Just like that night, he let it all out.

Man's hand was big and rough.

Sliding a few times, rubbing a few times, Ze trembled all over with pleasure.

He looked into the other's rugged and profound eyebrows and eyes, saying in a hoarse voice, "I had those thoughts long ago, but you didn't notice."

Man was startled, "What?"

His strength faltered and he rubbed heavily a couple of times, both of them trembling simultaneously.

"When was it?"

Ze, "Before I gave you the stone."

Man suddenly widened his eyes, looking stunned, "..."

"Back then, you already... why didn't you say so?!"

Ze smiled, "I didn't know if you had any thoughts about male orcs."

Hearing this, Man seemed to be stirred up, biting his neck and then licking it.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier..."

"My old tribe had a tradition in the past, we would give the most beautiful stone we dug to the orc we liked."

Man, "..."

At that moment, he was so eager to pull off the thin linen robe between them, halfway through, he heard the calls of his warriors from the other side of the grass slope.

"Man, Ze, it's time to hunt--!"

"Where did Man lead Ze lead go?"

"Let's look for them first."

Man gritted his teeth, his eyes covered with a layer of burning flames, almost unable to wait.

"Never mind them."

Ze held his hand, "They are about to come over, come to my place tonight."

Man was somewhat reluctant, but he agreed.

He hugged Ze fiercely, took a big bite, and his restless heart for the past two days finally felt at ease.
